Repeal a sanction when a client provides proof of good cause or a valid reason for failure to comply. The client may prove good cause or a valid reason and have the sanction repealed at any time after the decision is made to impose the sanction. This includes during any part of the appeal process or the sanction period or even after the sanction is over. When a sanction is repealed, restore all benefits the client lost due to the sanction.
