PM 24-03-01

(FCRC) Determine if paternity has been established for each nonmarital child when the mother is the client. Do this:

• at intake;
• when scheduling a face-to-face REDE;
• when adding a child to the benefit unit; and
• when swapping a case from cash benefits to medical benefits only.

Look for paternity information on the Key Information Delivery System (KIDS), and in case records.
