Each office must develop and maintain a list of Family Community Resource Center interpreters, outside interpreters, and Translator Bank resources. The Translator Bank of the Office of Hispanic/Latino Affairs will help Family Community Resource Center staff develop and maintain a list of interpreters, community resources, as well as Translator Bank resources.
Distribute the list of available interpreters to all staff. The list must be readily available in interview areas. Review and update the list yearly and distribute the updated listing to all staff.
