 All Funeral and Burial Vendor and Reimbursement claims are processed by LOTSS through the Funeral and Burial Unit The Funeral and Burial Unit conducts a final review for all claims.

The claimant may receive the claim back with recommendations for resubmission. Claims will not be approved until the deceased individual is removed from all active cases in IES.
