PM 22-02-02: Replacing Pass Through Payments

WAG 22-02-02.

Pass through payments are replaced by the DHS Expenditure Control Unit (ECU), with the help of the Exception Processing Unit (EPU).

Have the client sign Stop Payment and Recovery Agreements and Signature Exemplars when:

• they report the loss, theft, or non-receipt of a pass through payment; and
• 10 postal workdays have passed from the date of issuance.
