  • Total Response
    • Weekly meetings with PSAPs continue (to identify and troubleshoot issues that arise)
    • Bi-weekly meetings with Centerstone and MCRT continue (to identify and troubleshoot issues that arise)
  • Very few referrals to mobile crisis response so far
    • Follow-up issues
  • Use of call incident codes that permit tracking across different systems
  • Procedures for transferring calls; the number of cold transfers is declining
  • Role of police social workers
  • Priority Dispatch
    • Update on Pilot Initiation
      • Five sites launched April 1
      • Two sites launched May 1
      • Three additional sites planned launch date is end of May
    • Weekly meetings with PSAPs continue
