Approval of the April 11 meeting minutes (Action Item)

4. Quorum approved the minutes from April 11, 2025, and the motion passed.
State & Regional Updates
1. Senate Bill is still working through its process to extend implementation until July 2027.
2. There is a new staff person working with the Hub, Brittan Harris.
Pilot Updates
1. Total Response pilot running for all 9 sites, will run through end of the month. Sites continue to meet and troubleshoot implementation issues and any gaps in the process.
2. Priority Dispatch also in process, will run through end of June - sites launching through end of May.
3. APCO working through protocol and recommended changes. Will likely only run with 4 sites due to smaller usage throughout the State.
4. Pilots have been successful in doing what they were designed for. We have been able to come up with alternative responses; gather information on processes, and identify issues as we move into implementation.
Subregional Committees
1. Elgin PD SRC
  - Has not been able to meet, LS will follow up with Chris Jensen as he was unable to join the call.
  - Hub provided guidance for SRCs and what they are able to focus on, including reviewing the availability of local resources and how to interface them to address behavioral health needs.
    - Can also focus on how to increase community knowledge of MCRT, CESSA, and market to stakeholders.
RAC Next Steps
1. Welcome Don Burr! Taking over the vacancy that was left by Jason Kern in 911 PSAP representative.
  - RAC still has a couple of vacancies, working on getting those filled. Please let us know if there are any recommendations for any of the empty representatives.
2. Due to the legislation to extend CESSA still not having been signed by the Governor, the Hub is recommending that we plan to not meet in July and possibly August.
  - Presented FY26 meeting dates for RAC members to review - we plan to continue meeting on the 3rd Monday of the month apart from January & February due to holidays.
3. Chief Behavioral Health Office is hosting a virtual Town Hall on June 4th.
4. The Crisis Hub is hosting a miniseries of 3 sessions with panel presentations
Public Comment
1. Stephanie Hanson, Southern Fox Valley EMS System Coordinator proposed that her EMS system becomes the second Subregional Committee. They are currently meeting and are able to meet the objectives that the Hub has laid out. Stephanie provided the names of the current members.
