Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) posts policy guidance, procedure updates, and clarifying details regarding legislative directives in the form of Information Bulletins (IB). From April through September, the following IBs have been posted as final:

When policy is being written, prior to being published, the Draft Information Bulletin (Draft IB) is shared for public comments and feedback. Your input is valuable. Review the current Draft IBs by visiting DDD Draft Information Bulletins. Submit comments on any open drafts to DHS.DDDComments@Illinois.gov.
