  • Effective September 25, 2025, customers normally serviced at the Fulton County FCRC, located at 1329 N. Main St. Lewistown, IL 61542, will be temporarily serviced by neighboring offices.
  • Customers who receive services from the Fulton County FCRC who need to be seen in the office can visit one of the following FCRCs listed below.
  • A Client Notice has been mailed to customers.
