Summary:

• Customers previously served by the Southeast Family Community Resource Center (FCRC) will have their cases transferred to Woodlawn or Roseland FCRCs over the course of the next several weeks.
• Client Notices CN 25.08/CN 25.08S and CN 25.09/CN 25.09S, announcing the reassignment of the case to their respective office will be mailed to the customers.

Beginning September 8, 2025, customers previously served by the Southeast Family Community Resource Center (FCRC) will have their cases transferred to the Woodlawn or Roseland FCRCs over the course of the next several weeks.

• Cases with zip code 60649 will be transferred to the Woodlawn FCRC; staff will continue to provide services for these customers.
• Cases with zip code 60617, 60619 and 60633 will be transferred to the Roseland FCRC; staff will continue to provide services for these customers.

The new location's addresses are as follows:

Client Notices CN25.08/CN25.08S and CN 25.09/CN 25.09S announcing the reassignment of the case to their respective office will be mailed to the customers.
