IES Phase 2
(IES) Sends Form 360c to notify the unit of the approval period end date for mercury approvals.
One-Month Approval
(IES) For a one-month period, the IES sends Form 360C to notify the unit of the expiration of the approval period.
FCRC) The FCRC can suppress the central notice and send a manual notice.
2-Month Approval
(IES) For a 2-month period, the system sends Form 360C to notify the unit of the approval period if the Mercury approval processed through IES.
(FCRC) The FCRC can suppress the central notice and send a manual notice
More than 2 Month Approval
(IES) Centrally sends the SNAP Redetermination packet that includes Form 1893, 4474, 4765B, and R-19 60 days before the end of the approval period when SNAP units are assigned approval periods of more than 2 months. For Mid-Point Reporting (MPR) Units, see WAG 19-03-05-c.
