Call to Order/Introductions
- Call meeting to order by Anne Tyree @ 12:03pm
Attendees: Melissa Haynes, Kelly Jefferson, Monica Bohm, Kim Conway, Renee Zoll, Brenda Hampton, Elaina Cullers, Robert from Egyptian
Absences: Michael Egbert, Greg Houseworth, Toni Jobst, Amos Abbott, Stacey Arenas

Approval of Minutes
- February minutes approved, motion by Renee Zoll, 2nd by Kelly Jefferson, All in favor
Meeting Logistics/ Open Meetings Act Reminder
- Copy of minutes and recording will be provided to IDHS/DM
- Minutes will be posted on DMH open meetings page
- We will give the public 3-5 minutes for comments
- Public will be able to raise their hand via zoom during public comment section to provide input.
State Updates
- Pilot updates: All 9 pilot sites launched late February. Touch base meetings for PSAPS-weekly, 988-biweekly, MCRT-biweekly
- Priority Dispatch-Pre-test began with 4 sites on March 3. Pilot meeting and planning to kick of April 1. Went over pilot site chart. Will send out update slide when available.
- APCO-Reviewing protocols and identifying sites.
- Total Response-went over pilot flow charts. 911 to 988 transfer, warm handoff
- Subregional planning-Talked about the possibility of subregional planning to Anna, Carbondale, and Mt. Vernon. Also, went over the growth chart with updated subregional areas.
RAC Communications -Renee Zoll is going to take the Co-Chair position for RAC #5. Anne will send out the necessary emails. Melissa Haynes and Anne will have a one-on-one meeting about subregional planning.

- Next meeting is April 10th at 12pm.
