WAG 25-05-04: Insurance Plans Administered Through the State of Illinois

The Illinois Comprehensive Health Insurance Program (ICHIP) is not considered state administered health insurance. However, a person cannot receive benefits from CHIP and HFS medical assistance programs at the same time.
