WAG 18-07-02: Address Changes in IES

IES Process

To make an address change in IES process as follows:

(FCRC): Address changes can be made selecting Case Change mode either from Case Summary or from selecting Initiate Data Collection from Left Navigation under the Initiate Interview section . Select Individual Address screen to make changes to individual address. Re-run Eligibility, certify results, and proceed to add case comments to note the address change has been made to the case.
