  • Approval of Minutes
    • Quorum not met; unable to approve the November 19, 2024, January 21, 2025, and February 18, 2025 meeting minutes.
  • Open Meetings Act
    • Members were advised that the meetings are subject to the Illinois Open Meetings Act.
    • Meetings are recorded and you have the option to switch your camera off if you choose to.

  • RAC Membership Annual Training Reminder
    • John Aguilar reminded RAC 6 members that these trainings should be completed by the end of 2025
  • State Updates
    • Brenda Hampton provided positive feedback regarding the RAC 6 Summit that took place on March 6, 2025
    • Brenda Hampton discussed the merger between DASA and SUPR that will be taking place on July 1, 2025
    • Brenda Hampton reminded members that the Total Response/PowerPhone pilot began on January 29, 2025, the Priority Dispatch Pre-test began on March 3, 2025, and the Priority Dispatch pilot will begin on April 1, 2025
  • There will be no data analysis until the pilots have concluded - This data will likely be available sometime in August 2025

  • Discussed Richland County not being able to participate as a pilot site for Region 6 - Per Crisis Hub, we do not need to attempt to find another pilot site for our Region
