Verifications Received by the Family Community Resource Center (FCRC)

• Verifications received by the FCRC with the Summer EBT Income Verification Checklist (IL444-0267SEBT) Coversheet attached should be scanned and uploaded via Datacap. Datacap will then create a task in the Statewide Program Initiatives Office for a worker to process.
• If the verifications are received without the Summer EBT Income Verification Checklist (IL444-0267SEBT) Coversheet, a worker must perform an IES Individual Inquiry to determine what individual and case the verifications belong to. Once determined, scan and upload in the Integrated Eligiblity System (IES) with a task on the appropriate case.

Note: Summer EBT applications selected for income verifications will have a "SEBT App - Random Sample Verification" or "SEBT App - Verification for Cause" task attached to them.
