Welcome/Call to Order: Nanette called meeting to order at 4:02 PM
Approval of Minutes: Shirley motioned to approve meeting minutes for 12/4/24. Ray seconded the motion. Minutes approved.
Membership Recruitment: 2nd draft reviewed and discussed (IMHPAC "Membership Recruitment" brochure/fact sheet). Minor changes recommended. Sarah will have those changes made and send the document to Nanette for presentation to the Full Council next month.
Review of Bylaws: Minor changes made to the last 2 pages (p. 8-9). Document has been reviewed/edited in its entirety and will be presented to the Full Council next month.
Public Comments: None
Next meeting: Full Council meeting 3.6.25. Next Development Committee meeting 3.26.25.
Meeting adjourned: Nanette adjourned the meeting at 4:30pm.
