Welcome/Call to Order:

  • Meeting called to order at 10:01 a.m. by Julie Brugger

Open Meetings Act

  • Co-Chair, Julie Brugger, reviewed procedures around the Open Meetings Act.

Approval of Previous Meeting Minutes

  • Charles Kelley moved to approve the draft minutes from the January 21, 2025 meeting. Randy Randolph seconded the motion

Business:

  • State Updates- Brenda Hampton
  • PowerPhone Total Response Pilot kicked off on January 29th. They are starting to add more pilot sites each week, so we will be able to get some data in the next couple of weeks.
  • Members may have/will be receiving reappointment letters as the State has begun sending these out; this process was to make sure the RACs were legitimate.
  • The Crisis Hub will hold another forum on June 11, 2025; more information about this will be announced in the coming weeks.
  • * The Total Response Pilot is being done in a phased in approach with four sites being currently operational and others to come this month. Regularly scheduled meetings are happening between the PSAP administrators, 988 (Centerstone) and the Mobile Crisis Response Team Project Directors who are involved in those pilots; our data will be coming from here.

911 is going to be able to collect the following pieces of information:

  • Call Date
  • Call Start Time
  • Call End Time
  • Telecommunicator ID
  • Total Response Identifier for Call
  • CAD Incident ID Number
  • Chief Complaint
  • Call Nature Code
  • Response Ppriority
  • Responder Type

988- Centerstone will be the following in terms of data for the pilot:

  • PSAP Name,
  • PSAP Name,
  • PSAP Telecommunicator ID
  • Incident Number
  • Call Received Time (911)
  • Call Type (1ST party or 3rd Party)
  • Call Outcome
  • Transfer to MCRT
  • Name of MCRT Agency
  • Time MCRT Answered Call
  • MCRT Response
  • Time 988 Completed Call

Next Steps

  • Subregional Committees will be something we will be discussing as we continue to move forward. Once our Pilot Sites have been verified, I will start reaching out to the leaders from the PSAPs as well as to the other community stakeholders. We want to look at having some members from our RAC on the Subregional Committee. Our Subregional Committee should not have more than three members who are also RAC members.
