The Illinois Department of Human Services Division of Substance Use Prevention and Recovery (IDHS/SUPR) is issuing this advanced notice that final State Fiscal Year (SFY) 2025 submissions for billing all non-Medicaid SUPR funded services are due by 5:00 pm on August 4, 2025.
It is the responsibility of each vendor to ensure that services/invoices are submitted for DARTS or manual processing by this date.
As a reminder, it is critically important that DARTS or manual billing errors be resolved quickly as delays in billing reconciliation that result in non-accepted or late submissions beyond the due date will not be eligible for payment through the court of claims.
Examples of such delays in which the organization bears responsibility include:
- Submission of claims past the August 4, 2025, due date.
- Non-reconciliation of vendor software reporting problems resulting in inability to submit services by August 4, 2025.
- Non-reconciliation of vendor DARTS or manual billing errors by August 4, 2025.
- Non-submission of final manual payment vouchers by August 4, 2025.
To assist with compliance to year-end submissions, it is strongly recommended that June DARTS or manual earnings, as well as any other prior month's earnings, be submitted as early as possible in July and no later than July 15 to allow time for processing and correction of errors.
Your adherence to this submission deadline is appreciated and is a grant agreement requirement.
