Approval of the December minutes
- Motion: Linda Springer

State Updates
- PowerPhone/Total Response Pilot kicking off 1/29. All teams involved in pilot have until January to complete their core trainings.
- Priority Dispatch/APCO pre-tests beginning late February, and pilot will start in March.
- All pilots must conclude by June.
Subregional Committees
- RAC needs to vote to form them. Although not OMA compliant, these groups cannot have more than majority of quorum of RAC members.
- Need to start setting something up for the agencies that will participate in the pilot.
  - Chief Mannino volunteered to set something up for Mchenry County.
  - Need to get Lake County representative. RAC has a vacancy in 911/PSAP.
    - Should audit engagement of EMS/system agencies in RAC and outreach as needed.
    - Chris Harding can provide contacts for these dispatch centers.
  - Concerns with the lack of progress that the RAC is making.
- SRC for Tricom needs to include Southern Fox Valley EMS
Town Hall
- Priority Dispatch wants to host our meeting, but they were onboarding new village and wanted to complete this prior to hosting. Dr. Jordan will connect with them.
- RAC discussed possible presenters for the Town Hall, members volunteered for their respective areas.
- Preference towards a fully remote meeting, but open to a hybrid model.
