May 5, 2025:

  1. Question: In the Notice it states that the Department anticipates that the dollar amount of individual awards will be $75,000-$1,250,000. Does the Department cap requests at $1,250,000? Or is that just the anticipated maximum individual award?
    Answer:     IDHS-Serve Illinois does not have a cap, that is just the range of an anticipated maximum individual award.
  2. Question: Can you please advise the due date for the application? The program page online states both 4:00 p.m. CST on May 14, 2025, and 4:00 p.m. CST on May 15, 2025.
    Answer:     The application due date is 4:00 p.m. CST on May 14, 2025.  We apologize for the error. 
  3. Question: What is the approved living allowance for members for Fiscal Year 2026?
    Answer:     Please refer to Section 2.B.3.c. in the NOFO.

May 9, 2025:

  1. Question: Is this funding opportunity subject to review by state executive order 12372?
    Answer:     Please refer to Section 5 in the NOFO titled "Submission Requirements and Deadlines".
