Welcome & Call to Order - CESSA Region 7 Advisory Membership Committee
- Dr. Dave Mikolajczak (Chair), called the meeting to order at 9:00 am
- Attendees: Dr. Sharronne Ward (Co-Chair), Candace Gunby, Jeffrey Carey, Chief Robert Kopec, Chief Marc Maton, Alyssa Marrero, Matthew Fishback, Kevin Bernard, Sarah White, Whitney, Bonnie Hasan, Manuel Gonzalez, Chief Mitchell Davis, Dr. Ledois Scott.
- Absent - Kristi DeLaurentiis, Marianne Bithos, Whitney Bunts, Anthony Marzano, Ryan Dillon, Douglas Jones, Jeffrey Carey.

Open Meetings Act
- Dr. Dave reviewed the Illinois Open Meetings Act.
Approval of the Minutes from the previous meeting
- Dr. Ward requested a motion to approve September 19, 2024, minutes with the RAC. Kevin Bernard motioned for the approval and Matthew Fishback second the motion. A unanimous decision was made by the RAC to approve the minutes.

Brenda Hampton - OMA requires 7 additional training courses that are due NLT DEC 2024
- Appointed members of a public Board, Commission or Task Force (collectively, board) are generally required to participate in six training courses.

4. Security Awareness Training
