1. Question: Given the NOFO's requirement of three years of experience providing similar services, we respectfully ask: would our organization be eligible if the leadership's combined experience and current programming meet the intent of this requirement?
   • Answer: The applicant must have a minimum of three years of experience providing similar experience. Combined experience would not meet the intent of this requirement.
