Open Meetings Act
Approval of the November minutes

State Updates
- Mandatory Trainings due 12/31
  - If you have already completed trainings in OneNet through another entity, you do not have to repeat them.
Subregional Committees Formation
- Power Phone pretest anticipated to start late January, shortly followed by Priority Dispatch & APCO.
  - Pretests will only run for 3 mos. (vs. 6mos)
- RACs can start creating SRCs around Priority Dispatch. Brandon Miller, IL Regional Valley, can be a good resource for us.
- PSAP in RAC 9 was identified for Priority Dispatch pretest.
  - Northwest Central in Arlington Heights & TriComm, Kane County for APCO.
- Dr. Jordan working with PSAPs to get Town Hall set up.
