South Shore Community Mental Health Program (SSCMHP) is a community-based program providing prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation mental health services. Services include mental health screening and full diagnostic evaluation as necessary; outpatient individual and group psychotherapy; and 24-hour crisis intervention services.
Through this grant program, SSCMHP will focus on providing Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) testing, trauma assessment and treatment and mental health services to children/adolescents (ages 4-17).
The Grantee will provide the following services on behalf of 100 children (ages 4-17) on the Southside of Chicago:
