Approval of the October minutes

State Updates
- Reminder for all RAC members to complete (7) mandatory training by 12/31/24.
  - If you did not receive the email, please reach out to Brenda P.
- Subregional committees will not be subject to OMA requirements, which will allow for easier participation.
  - Committees can begin meeting at the discretion of the RACs. It is likely that the CESSA legislation will be extended past 2025.
  - Priority Dispatch will be the next pilot, unsure of the date, but it makes sense for SRC to begin conversations.
  - Toolkits will be shared at the next co-chair consultation meeting to help with the creation of SRCs.
- Changes in Pilot: Centerstone (988) will now conduct crisis counseling/de-escalation prior to transfer to MCRT.
  - Will push us back a few weeks so that changes in guidance and data collection can be revised.
  - Want callers to go through a thorough and smooth process and do not want unnecessary delays or subjecting callers to multiple assessments. Will need to test out how effective the flow will be.
