Denial Due To SNAP Unit's Failure To Provide Requested Verifications
Verifications Provided by the 30th Day After Application
If eligible, reopen to the original application date, and prorate SNAP benefits from the original application date.
NOTE: This includes instances when the SNAP unit takes the needed actions on the 30th day. If the 30th day falls on a weekend or a holiday, the client has until the following workday.
Determine eligibility and issue benefits, if eligible, within 30 days of the date verifications are obtained.
Verifications Provided After the 30th Day but by the 60th Day After Application
If eligible, reopen the application and 
prorate benefits from the date of cooperation.
NOTE: This includes instances when the client takes the needed actions on the 60th day. If the 60th day falls on a weekend or a holiday, the client has until the following workday.
Determine eligibility and issue benefits, if eligible, within 30 calendar days of the date verifications are obtained.
