Deny the application no later than the 30th day following the date of application when:

• The Family Community Resource Center cannot determine eligibility because the SNAP household did not complete the application process (see PM 17-03-04-c). This includes when the applicant is given the Notice of SNAP Participation Match in Another State (IL444-0267) and fails to respond to the notice or fails to provide verifications. See PM 02-07-01, PM 03-02-03-d on National Accuracy Clearinghouse data match with other states to prevent duplicate SNAP assistance.
• Upload all documents to the ECR. The case may be reopened if the SNAP household provides missing verification between 31 to 60 calendar days following the original application.
