PM 17-03-04-c: SNAP Unit Caused Delay

WAG 17-03-04-c.

The SNAP unit caused the delay if they:

• did not get verifications to us by the due date, even if they asked for our help; or
• did not appear for the scheduled interview and asked to postpone a rescheduled interview; or
• did not appear for the original scheduled interview and another interview cannot be scheduled until after the 20th day following the application date.

NOTE: The SNAP unit is not responsible for the delay if another interview is scheduled after the 20th day but the interview is held and the case file is complete by the 30th day.
