REMINDER: REQUIRED FY24 ICF/HCBS WAIVER DSP WAGE ATTESTATION DUE NOV 22
On 10/25/2024, DDD sent a communication with links to the FY24 Wage Attestation Forms. All attestations should be completed by 11/22/2024. They can be accessed at the following links:

NOVEMBER 8, 2024 ILLINOIS ELECTRONIC VISIT VERIFICATION (EVV) WEBINAR
Beginning November 15, 2024, Illinois providers currently using HHAeXchange (HHA) for EVV or transmitting EVV data to HHAeXchange for aggregation will receive via email a "Know Your Numbers" report showing EVV compliance information for the month prior. Reports will be sent to providers on the 15th of every month. For this report to generate an accurate picture of the prior month, all provider agencies need to ensure ALL EVV data for the prior month are entered and aggregated within HHA by the 10th of the month.
HHA will host a webinar on November 8, 2024, at 10 am (CST) to offer guidance on provider ability to monitor EVV compliance and receipt of monthly "Know Your Numbers" reports from HHA. Providers may sign up by visiting HHA's WEBINAR REGISTRATION PAGE. Both HHA and HFS will communicate the webinar slides and recording to providers once they are available.
This notice does NOT apply to provider agencies billing DRS or IDoA. HFS/HHA have NOT established a date for aggregation of DRS and IDoA EVV data.
