This Manual Release supplements:
Summary
- Revises PM/WAG 07-04 chapters to reflect the current Lottery and Gambling winnings reporting requirement of $4,500 due to the SNAP Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA).
- Updates the Maximum Monthly SNAP Benefits Table in WAG-25-06-05-a to reflect the increases in maximum SNAP allotments due to the SNAP COLA.
- Forms IL444-3324 Change in Reporting Requirements, IL444-2890 SNAP & TANF Mid-Point Report, and IL444-1893 Medical, Cash and SNAP Redetermination Notice, are being updated to reflect current Lottery and Gambling winnings reporting requirement of $4,500 due to the SNAP COLA.
- Updates SNAP Asset Limits on the SNAP Categorical Eligibility Desk Aids due to the SNAP COLA.
PM/WAG 07-04
The Manual Release makes additional updates as a result of the SNAP COLA effective 10/01/2024 to PM/WAG Chapters 07-04 on Assets. They are being updated to reflect the $4,500 Lottery and Gambling Winnings reporting requirement.
Maximum Monthly SNAP Benefits
The current maximum monthly SNAP benefits are updated in the Maximum Monthly SNAP Benefits Table found in, WAG 25-06-05-a.
Form Changes
Change in Reporting Requirements (IL444-3324), SNAP & TANF Mid-Point Report (IL444-2890), and Medical, Cash and SNAP Redetermination Notice (IL444-1893) are being updated to reflect the $4,500 Lottery and Gambling Winnings asset limit reporting requirement which increased with the SNAP COLA.
