- Present: Matthew Jordan, Grace Hong Duffin, Alyssa Marrero, Candace Gunby, Christiane Harding, Matthew Manino.
Open Meetings Act
Approval of the May minutes
- No quorum
Not meeting in July/August, will meet again in September once Governor signs Cessa extension.
Vendor Updates
- Still waiting on the State rollout with Priority Dispatch.
- Need to vote on meeting dates - there are a couple of meeting dates that conflict with Federal Holidays that need to be rescheduled.
- Quadcom currently uses Priority Dispatch & they currently have a protocol card but have not received any further guidance.
Hyperlocal Meetings
- Hub is encouraging RAC's to set up these committees so that they can continue meeting during summer break.
- Most of our regions are with Priority Dispatch, we are waiting for State rollout so that we can begin meeting. We are also waiting for guidance regarding how dispatch of 590 teams would occur.
Exceptions from Civil Liability in Section 15 of the Emergency Telephone System Act apply to any act or omission in the development, installation, operation, maintenance, performance, or provision of services directed by CESSA Legislation.
- 911 Telecom PSAPs have the same immunity in terms of liability concerns; written in CESSA to protect folks.
