Reminder: Rate Calculator Update and July Rates
As a reminder, with the new rate calculator, rate changes and the old technology system that DDD and DoIT use to process rates, we anticipate updated rates will be fully implemented in mid-August along with the rate sheets. Thus, if providers bill for July payments prior to mid-August, they were paid at the old rate. We anticipate that when DoIT makes all the updates to the system, new billing will reflect the new rate and adjustments will be made retroactive to July 1, 2024. Providers will then receive those adjustments. Please allow time for the billing system to make the necessary adjustments and for corrected payments to be sent. If you still believe your reimbursement is incorrect, please notify DDD at that time by emailing Michael.Vespa@Illinois.gov.
