ILLINOIS COUNCIL ON DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES (ICDD) CELEBRATES 50 YEARS
Join us in congratulating ICDD on their 50th Anniversary this week. DDD is thrilled to celebrate with the ICDD's council members and staff and thank ICDD for all the partnership and support they provide to DDD towards the mission of ensuring people with intellectual and developmental disabilities can achieve their wants, needs and dreams across Illinois. We look forward to another 50 years of working together towards best practice and systems transformation.
FY 25 CILA RATE CALCULATIONS UPDATE
DDD is in the final stages of testing all the changes and expects to be able to generate CILA Rates Sheets and Turnaround Forms the week of August 12th.
CILA ADJUSTMENT FACTOR UPDATE
The adjustment factor is based on the number of DSP hours of 28.6M in the whole CILA system on January 1, 2024. The factor is created to offset the difference between the total DSP hours under the new Guidehouse 5-hour rate calculator on June 30, 2024 and the overall CILA system hours on January 1, 2024, spread across all people receiving 24-hour CILA services. This DSP hours adjustment factor is 181 hours and will be shown on the 24Hr. rate sheets in a specific line. The factor is not applicable to Host Family or Intermittent CILA rates. The factor is static based on the agreed upon point in time.
