Benefits are sent to the person whose name is entered in Item 8 of Form 552.

Persons cannot be added when changing a payee. For TANF, submit a separate action to add a person (TA 34) or change category between 04 and 06 or 94 and 96 and add or delete a person (TA 42) after an action to change a payee (TA 14). For SNAP, submit a separate action to add a person (TA 34) before an action to change a payee (TA 14).
