***Eligible for Emergency Medical or Prenatal through Postpartum period Only

(1) Family Assist, FamilyCare Assist and Moms & Babies - No citizenship/immigration requirements for pregnant women.

(2) To qualify for AABD Cash (other than as code 43), a client who meets citizenship/immigration requirements for AABD must also be receiving SSI or be ineligible for SSI due to income.
