WAG 15-07-05: Medical Benefits When a Woman is No Longer Pregnant at Application

PM 15-07-05.

If otherwise eligible, approve a Moms and Babies case for a woman who was not pregnant when she applied, but whose pregnancy ended in the month of application or in one of the 3 previous months.

Complete Form 552 (see WAG 25-08-01-b) with the following additions:

Item 3 -	Enter TA 10.
Item 28 -	Enter the letter G.
Item 33 -	Enter TAR 81.
Item 41 -	Enter the last day of the month in which the pregnancy ended (6-digits) as the ending medical eligibility date.
Item 60 -	Enter EDD and the month and year the pregnancy ended.
