Teen REACH aims to provide a safe environment with caring adult role models that will work with youth to increase academic achievement and develop the life skills necessary for future success.
Community Youth Employment Program (CYEP)
CYEP aims to address youth unemployment, poverty, and violence in Illinois' most needy communities through a year-round grant opportunity that requires a holistic approach to sustained, unsubsidized employment for both in-school and out-of-school youth aged 16-24.
Homeless Youth Services
The Homeless Youth Program aims to ensure youth 14- to 23-year-olds who lack secure housing are safe, stable, and self-sufficient.
Homeless Prevention Program
The Homeless Prevention Program provides rental/mortgage assistance, utility assistance, approved case management and approved supportive services directly related to the prevention of homelessness to eligible individuals and families who are in danger of eviction, foreclosure or homelessness or are currently homeless.
Comprehensive Community Based Youth Services (CCBYS)
CCBYS aims to increase family reunification, preserve, and stabilize families, and divert or minimize 11- to 17-year-olds' involvement in the child welfare and/or juvenile justice systems. Services for youth who have been locked out or run away from their home are available 24/7.
