WIC Farmer's Market Nutrition Program (FMNP)

WIC Farmer's Market Nutrition Program (FMNP) is a seasonal food assistance program for Women, Infants, and Children. It helps those who are pregnant or breastfeeding, infants, and children under 5 eat well and stay healthy by providing access to food at community Farmer's Markets.

SNAP Outreach

The WIC and SNAP outreach programs seeks to assure that limited-English-proficient immigrants and refugees eligible for WIC and SNAP benefits can successfully access these programs administered by IDHS.

Breastfeeding Peer Counseling

WIC breastfeeding peer counselors are parents who breastfed their babies too! They are WIC-trained to provide the support new parents need to confidently and comfortably provide breast milk to their infant.
