FY24 Non-Competitive Funding Opportunity - Program 800 Front Door Diversion Project (24-444-22-1529)

DMH recently issued a FY24 Non-Competitive grant opportunity posting for Program 800 Front Door Diversion Project (24-444-22-1529). We have taken down the previous posting and are posting this again due to the changes noted below:

• Clarifying definitions of "Offer" and "Diversion" and "M4 Payments."
• Notes difference in timeline expectations for "Hospital" and "Rapid Reintegration."
• Adds "Number of Offers Accepted" into Performance Measure, Hospital and Rapid Reintegration.

The new deadline to submit the required application materials for this Non-Competitive program is April 12, 2023, 12:00 PM Central Time.
