This section provides the percentage of the Federal Poverty Levels (FPLs) for Family Assist, All Kids Assist, FamilyCare Assist, Family Health Spenddown and ACA Adults. See WAG 25-03-02 (2) for the income standards.

Modified Adjusted Gross Income (MAGI) budgeting policy is contained in this chapter as well. MAGI budgeting applies to ACA Adults and all Family Health Plans, including Moms & Babies.
