Summer EBT Benefit Issuance

No action will be required from the FCRC. Summer EBT benefits will be systematically issued onto the Illinois Link card EBT account.

The table below indicates which household member's information to use to access the Illinois Link card and standalone Summer EBT cases.

Social Security Number Status	Household Member's Information to be Entered
Head of Household (HOH) has a Social Security Number (SSN)	Use the HOH's SSN and date of birth (DOB)
HOH does not have an SSN	Use oldest person receiving benefits SSN and DOB
Oldest person receiving benefits does not have an SSN	Use the DOB of the HOH and all 9's in place of the SSN
