Eligibility for Medical Only for persons living in the community is determined in whole dollar amounts. Drop cents from each amount during the eligibility calculation (for Family Health Plans, the ACA Adult program and Family Planning see PM 15-04-02 and for AABD see PM 15-04-03)

To determine whether a Community case, LTC case, or an SLF case has a spenddown, countable monthly income must be computed. Determine countable monthly income as follows.
