When a pregnant teen or teen parent is a child in a TANF case (3-generation households), the Family Community Resource Center is responsible for completing the assessment and the major mother's RSP. The major mother's plan includes a statement that the pregnant teen or
teen parent is required to cooperate with the TPS program for the entire case to remain eligible.
TPS staff or the TPS contractor is responsible for completing the teen's RSP. TPS staff or the TPS contractor sends a copy of the teen's RSP to the major mother and the Family Community Resource Center. Whenever Instruction to Recipient (Form 1721) is completed
indicating something that the teen must provide as part of the RSP, the TPS staff or TPS contractor sends a copy of Form 1721 to the major mother and the Family Community Resource Center.
