IDHS/DMH wishes to notify providers and other stakeholders about a Provider Alert from the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services regarding a Notice of Opportunity to Apply to Participate in the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic Demonstration.
This Provider Notice contains essential information for Community Mental Health Centers that are interested in being considered for participation in the CCBHC Demonstration. Please note: the deadline for submission of an application has been extended to September 29, 2023, to allow for an expanded pool of applicants.
