IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT YOUR IDHS FAMILY COMMUNITY RESOURCE CENTER (FCRC)
On December 2, 2024, Northern FCRC will be relocating, and the name will be changed to Lincolnwood. This office will be open for service begining December 9, 2024. The address and phone number for the new office that handles your case is below. Office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Please Note: The new office will be closed Monday, December 2, 2024, through Friday, December 6, 2024. Please visit another FCRC during this week, if you need to receive any in-person services.

This change does not affect your eligibility for benefits. You do not have to call or go to the local office about this notice.
