    1. Motion to approve by Ireta Gasner, seconded by Sandy Tiania.

      1. Sandy Tiania prefers Monday or Friday
      2. The Committee settled on Fridays at 11am.
    3. Committee Co-Chair
      1. Angie Hampton suggested that Ireta Gasner serve as Co-Chair with Dr. Lustig.
  6. Briefing and Discussion: Transgender Non-Binary Health Equity Program with Caronina Grimble
    1. Caronina Grimble provided an overview of this work.
    2. Dr. Lustig asked is there is any way that this committee could help to support this work.
    3. Ireta Gasner shared that it would be helpful for DHS to set an example when it comes to language use, and to think through integrating this into their work.
    4. Caronina Grimble affirmed that DHS is thinking about this and working on this, internally and externally.
      1. i.e., Updating NOFO language, holding informational sessions for DHS staff on pronouns, language and labels.
