VI. Department Program Responsibilities

A. General Program Liability

1. The Department will provide Worker's Compensation coverage for each SNAP E&T participant assigned to a Community Workfare or Work Experience component (Transitional Job/Earnfare, On-the-Job Training, or Internship).
2. The Department will assume no liability for the actions of SNAP E&T customers while on assignment.

B. Participant Changes

1. The Provider will document all participant changes in ISETS within 48 hours of the participant reporting the change (income or housing), or any change in the customers participation (change of activity or hours of participation). This documentation is required in case notes as well as the appropriate change being updated in ISETS. The Provider must also inform the customer it is their responsibility to also report these changes to the FCRC.
2. The Department will notify the Provider during the Provider staffing if the participant is no longer eligible to participate or of any other changes that could affect the customers participation.
