A: Though a certified behavioral health clinic can bill Medicaid, there are certain types of services that a certified behavioral health clinic will not be able to bill for, depending on planned services included in the narrative submitted. DHS/DMH cannot make a decision whether or not an individual entity is eligible to apply until the application packet is submitted and reviewed.
