GA- Domestic Violence Training (25-444-80-1222)

Program Description - The Domestic Violence Training grant supports the IDHS network of community-based providers in meeting training requirements and building capacity of direct service and supervisory staff.

FY25 Application: Current grantees will receive a continuation application packet via email.

1. This continuation application is for Fiscal Year 2025 funding for Domestic Violence Training (CSFA #444-80-1222).
   1. Eligibility is limited to current Domestic Violence Training providers funded under CSFA# 444-80-1222.
   2. Each applicant must be registered in the Illinois GATA Grantee Portal and must continue to be GATA Pre-Qualified.
   3. Applicant organizations must complete the FY25 ICQ before an award can be made. (Accessed through the Grantee Portal.)
   4. Applicant organizations must submit a complete FY25 Application Packet to DHS.DVSAHT@illinois.gov  by April 15, 2024 at 12:00pm. Include "CSFA# 444-80-1222" on the subject line.
2.  A complete application packet includes:
   1. Uniform Application for Grant Assistance (pdf)
   2. FY 25 Program Plan
   3. Updated Contact Information Form
   4. Grantee Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form
   5. FY25 Budget must be entered into CSA by application due date.  Grantees will be notified of the grant award amount to enter into CSA.

The Bureau of Domestic Violence, Sexual Assault and Human Trafficking reserves the right to request additional information from the applicant to assist in FY25 funding and programmatic decisions.
